Granny Re-touch
I got a picture of an old man off google, duplicated the layer, used the clone stamp to get rid of all the wrinkles, lowered the opacity, added an extra layer, made his eyes blue. Also I used the liquify effect and made his eyes, ears, mouth and nose smaller. Lastly I tried to get rid of the skin flabs under his chin.
